If you have a problem with an order, a charge, a shipment, or a product, please contact our support team first — before opening a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved within one to two business days.

Our Resolution Process

  3. Review. Our team reviews your order history, shipping records, and any details you provide.
  4. Resolution. We will propose a resolution — a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate remedy — typically within 3 business days of acknowledgment.
  5. Follow-up. If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, let us know and we will escalate your case to a senior team member for a second review.

Refunds, Returns & Our Guarantee

Vitanics offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase — even on an opened or empty pouch. Refund and return details are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Before You File a Chargeback

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please reach out to us first. We can almost always resolve billing concerns faster than your bank can, and contacting us directly avoids delays. Opening a chargeback without first contacting support may slow down the resolution of your issue.

Unresolved Disputes

If we are unable to resolve a dispute to your satisfaction through the steps above, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication before pursuing any other remedy. Any matters not resolved this way will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
