Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@tryvitanics.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
