Section 1 — Shipping Information

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Time

  • United States: Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days after shipment.

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–10 business days after shipment.

Orders ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment center.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Costs

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders 2 or more bottles, or subscriptions. $4.95 for small orders.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout (if applicable)

Section 2 — Delivery & Address Responsibility

Correct Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at help@tryvitanics.com
 
Address changes may be possible before shipment, but cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.

If you need assistance, reach out to us at help@tryvitanics.com and our team will help investigate.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we can process a refund once the item is returned to our warehouse. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Section 3 — Returns & Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Return requests must be approved before shipping the item back

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
