Section 2 — Delivery & Address Responsibility
Correct Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Address changes may be possible before shipment, but cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we can process a refund once the item is returned to our warehouse. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
